Florida Keys Beagle apparel is produced specifically for your order, which makes total delivery time the combination of two stages: production and shipping. This page walks through both stages, what to expect after you order, how tracking works, and what to do if something goes sideways with the carrier.

Each item is produced specifically for your order, so total delivery time has two parts:

Our apparel is made to order. Instead of pulling stock off a shelf, the printer prepares the exact garment, color, and size you chose, then prints, cures, and quality-checks it before it ships. Producing specifically for your order means less waste, fresher prints, and a wider catalog of designs without preprinting boxes of inventory that may never sell.
We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout when supported.
Tax and shipping totals are calculated based on your destination and shown before you confirm your order.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your bag and your delivery address. You’ll see the exact shipping total before you confirm payment, with no surprise fees added afterward.
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking link to the address on the order. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to populate after the carrier scans the package. If you placed your order while signed in, you can also check the status in your account at any time.
Different products in your order may be produced and shipped from different facilities. When that happens, you’ll receive a separate tracking email for each package and the items can arrive on different days.
You won’t pay extra for split shipments — shipping is calculated once at checkout for the entire order.
Carrier delays do happen, especially around major holidays or severe weather. If tracking hasn’t updated for several business days, please check:
If the package still hasn’t moved, reach out to us with your order number and we’ll open a carrier inquiry on your behalf.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we’ll reproduce and reship your order at no additional cost. Please report suspected lost packages within 30 days of the original ship date so we can resolve it quickly. Details about reshipments, damage, and misprints live on our returns & refunds page.
We can update an address only before production begins. If your order was placed within the last few hours, please contact us right away with your order number and the corrected address. Once production starts, the order ships to the original address.
Because every item is made to order, total delivery time depends on production as well as shipping. We don’t guarantee rush production at this time. If you have a deadline, the safest bet is to order early — or send a digital gift card, which is delivered by email and never needs to be shipped.
