At Florida Keys Beagle, all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
- Change of mind after purchase
Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- Provide a clear photo showing the issue
- No need to return the item
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
Multiple Item Issues
If multiple items with the same design are affected, we may request:
- A single photo or video showing all affected items in one frame
Important Notes:
- Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5 inches) are considered normal and not defects
- Orders with incorrect size or color selections are not eligible for refunds or replacements
- If a package is undeliverable, you may choose:
- A reprint (additional cost), or
- A partial refund
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
