Because every Florida Keys Beagle product is produced specifically for your order, we don’t accept buyer’s-remorse returns or wrong-size exchanges. What we do cover, fully, are items that arrive:

Please report damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Reports outside this window are reviewed case by case but may not qualify for a free replacement. The 30-day clock starts on the carrier’s confirmed delivery date, which is shown on your tracking page.

Once we confirm the issue, we reproduce and reship the affected item at no additional cost. You typically don’t need to ship the original product back — please don’t throw it away until we confirm.
Photos let us identify whether the issue happened during printing, packaging, or carrier handling. They also help our printer spot any production trends. Clear, well-lit photos shorten the resolution time from days to hours in most cases.
For covered issues, our default is to reproduce and reship the affected item at no additional cost. If a replacement isn’t possible — for example, if the design is no longer available — we’ll refund the affected item to your original payment method.
Wrong-size exchanges are not covered by our standard policy because each shirt is printed specifically for your order. Before you order, please review the size chart on the product page and our size & fit guide. If you aren’t sure which size to choose, send us your measurements and we’ll recommend one.
Carrier delays usually resolve within a few business days. If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have the package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package is still missing or confirmed lost in transit, we’ll reproduce and reship your order at no cost. See the shipping FAQ for delivery and tracking details.
Damage caused by laundering, ironing, or wear is not covered. Following our product care instructions — wash cold inside out, mild detergent, tumble low or hang dry, no bleach, never iron directly on the print — keeps the print vibrant and the garment in shape for the long haul.
Replacements go through the same production and shipping process as a new order: roughly 2–7 business days to produce and 3–10 business days to ship within the United States. We process replacement orders as soon as the photo evidence is confirmed.
