Our gift cards are digital and delivered by email. Pick an amount on the gift cards page, choose immediate or scheduled delivery, and the recipient gets a code they can apply at checkout. Gift cards never expire, and any unused balance stays on the code for the next purchase.
Once the order is paid, two emails are sent: one to you confirming the purchase, and one to the recipient with the gift card code and any message you wrote at checkout. If you scheduled the delivery for a future date, the recipient’s email is queued and sent on that day.
Yes. At checkout you’ll enter the recipient’s email address, an optional personal message, and an optional delivery date. The recipient receives the code directly — they don’t need an account on our site to redeem it.
Add items to your bag and proceed to checkout. On the payment step, paste the gift card code into the gift card field and apply it. The balance is deducted from your order total; any remaining amount can be paid with a credit or debit card.
Yes. If the gift card balance doesn’t cover the full order total, the remainder is charged to the payment method you choose at checkout. You can also use a partial balance and save the rest for later.
Use the gift card balance lookup page. Enter the code and we’ll show the remaining balance. After applying a gift card to an order, the new balance also appears on your order confirmation.
No. Florida Keys Beagle gift cards do not expire and any unused balance stays on the code indefinitely.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable, and a code that has already been emailed cannot be reissued for a different amount or recipient. If the code is unused and you contact us within 30 days, we’ll review on a case-by-case basis. For typos in the recipient’s email, please message support as soon as possible.

Yes — that’s the most common use. The code stays valid until the balance is fully spent. Treat the email like cash and keep it somewhere you can find it later.
